Instructions:
Take one part passion and then put this to work for the customers that you will serve. Add a heaping dose of understanding the changes they face and the problems they have and help them resolve these in a way that is scalable to help as many as possible. Mix in a humility or self-awareness to listen, understand, and respond to their feedback. Understand that change is constant and that the combination of ingredients and the manner of preparation will have to be adjusted each time to factor this in. Mix to taste, and then prepare again and again and again until you can do it in your sleep.
